Elegance
What is elegance? People have their own definition or way of examining this concept of elegance. Usually, we can sum up by saying that elegance is the attribute, in whose presence the personality is considered to be unusually effective and simple.
In the world of fashion, glamour and beauty, elegance is a frequently used term. You will find elegance is used particularly to describe something in visual designing or structure or decoration. When something looks dignified with full of grace, the term elegance can be used. In today’s world, elegance has importance and an essential attribute to be in things and persons to be popular.
For me, elegance has to be understood differently in different context and in fields. For example, if you are talking about elegance in terms of personality and look of a woman or a man, then here elegance is their dignified style and grace.
Likewise, if you are talking about elegance in a dress then, the dress has to have the potentiality to give you a classy look, while being simple.
In the same fashion, architecture has to find the meaning of elegance while giving the structure to a house. The list will continue, if we start understanding the various meaning of elegance.
Here, I would like to draw you attention to another factor. Don’t confuse elegance with the concept of beautiful. Many do this mistake. If someone is looking beautiful does not have to necessarily look elegant. To look elegant, you have to make effort for that.
Yes, the elegancy comes from the way you talk, the way you express your views, the way you dress, the way you deal with people in gathering, the way you project your attitude and finally the way you carry yourself. Finally, I could say elegance is a holistic concept.
