Weight loss may not be an easy task to follow; but it can be made easy with few efforts. With a strict weight loss program one can gradually loose a lot of weight. Firstly avoid indulging on larger meals of the day. Try to divide your meals into 5 to 6 small meals than 2to 3 large ones. By eating small proportions your body will be able to digest the food well by extracting all nutrients. By doing this you will be able to eat the exact proportion required by your body.
Avoid red meat, sugar rich and processed carbohydrate rich food. Try to exclude white breads, butter, creams, cheese and other high cal foods. Indulge yourself into whole grain cereals like oats and other foods that can provide enough fibre to your body and fill you up easily. You can eat lean meat in limited amounts once in week.
Eat at least 8 to 10 serving of fruits and vegetables daily. Fruits and vegetables are rich source of all essential nutrients required by our body. You need not replace the whole meal with salads; one can go with vegetable salad with soup and brown rice instead of meat and bread for the main meal. One needs to be very careful with the dressings of the salads as they may spoil your calorie count. Fruit salads with healthy juice drinks are also great option for the snack time appetite.
Drink as much amount of water you can as it keeps your body hydrated and improve digestion as well. Drink warm water between small intervals throughout the day which will help you burn fat.
Exercise is another important thing to follow in your lifestyle is you really want to loose weight. A physical exercise of 30 to 45 minutes can largely help. You may go for a walk or simple stretching of lower body. Avoid lifts and escalators and follow stairs for sometime. The main aim is to burn calories by any way.
