Different Types Of Juice
Regular drinking of juice is not only necessary to quench thirst in summer, it is also necessary to keep your skin hydrated in winter. Here are few juice recipes that may make your skin healthy and shiny.
Orange Juice:
Orange is available in abundance in winter. Take 2-3 oranges, crush and strain the juice. You may add little amount of soda or water with it. If the orange is not very sweet, add syrup in it. Mix all the things well and serve it in a glass adding crushed ice.
Strawberry juice:
Crush 3-4 strawberry and add 1 cup of chilled milk in it. Add a spoonful of sugar in it. Mix everything well in the mixer. You may also add cream in this juice. Serve this sweet and pink juice in a cup. Add few ice cubes in it. It not only keeps your skin hydrated, it also protects your skin from getting chapped.
Yogurt Shake:
Take a cup of yogurt, a tablespoon of sugar and a pinch of rock salt in the mixer. Mix everything well. If you need, you may add water to make the juice light. Add ice in it and sprinkle powdered spices over it. To make the spice you need roasted cumin and coriander seeds, each ½ teaspoon and crush them into fine powder. This drink helps to digest your food as well as keep your body cool and hydrated.
If you do not like the smell of this spice you may add other flavors in yogurt such as orange, vanilla, mango, pineapple etc. To make the drink more nutritious add crushed cashew nut, almonds and raisin it. This drink becomes so heavy and nutritious that you will require almost nothing till lunch if you drink a glass full of this drink at your breakfast.
Cold Coffee:
In a shaker add a table spoon of any good coffee powder, a table spoon of sugar, chilled milk, cream and ice. Close the shaker and shake it well. Make leather and serve this tasty drink. It really gives energy after roaming in the sun in the winter.
Chilled Coconut Water:
Cut a coconut and remove its water. Store it in a glass jug inside the refrigerator. Before serving it in a glass add few crushed ice and 2-3 drops lemon juice in it and garnish it with crushed mint while serving.
