Improper medical conditions: the medical conditions which are needed for the dental surgeries affect their success and if these conditions are ignored than the implant is sure to be a failure. It depends on the care of the dentist how he treats the patient.
Inadequate fixtures: among the several companies who manufacture dental products for implants, all can not be trusted. The research for the good dental products is expensive and many dentists do not want to spend on it and do their work with any products available to them. The patients also want their expenses to be less, so ultimately things go wrong after the implant is completed.

Do not go for cheap products and shortcuts which may cause you even more lately. Have patience and follow the proper procedures.
