Nail Polish
Nail polish contains toxic products like toluene, phenol and xylene. No warning labels are found in it. The ingredients contained in Nail polish can cause bleeding under the nails and some times discoloration can happen. Phenol which is suspected as a cancer causing element, if it comes in contact with the skin can cause pimples. Toluene can cause headache, loss of appetite and nausea. Nail polish removers are just as harmful. Its primary ingredient is acetone, a solvent which can cause your nails to become brittle and split, and can cause skin rashes to develop on your fingers.
These are just a few examples. The shampoos, creams and toiletries which are widely sold and purchased in the market, contain many hazardous chemicals which can bring many ill effects on our health.
