dry-skin-300x293Skin is such a delicate coating of the body that demands essential care and protection especially during today’s polluted environment. The environmental dust and impurities can damage the skin from within. It happens when the pores gets clogged and creates blockage for the air to penetrate though it.  Even your skin needs oxygen to breathe and when the quantity supplied is not enough it gives rise to hundreds of skin diseases. To avoid all such problems it is better to take precaution before the need arises for cure.

You can start this by taking up daily skin care routines to eliminate toxins effectively. Here are the tips that can help you a lot in protecting the skin.

1. The best way to do so is the intake of nutritious diet. Green vegetables and fruits are the best sources of proteins. If you take them regularly it would help in cleansing the internal body which means reduction in pimples and blemishes and an increase in outer glow.

2. Avoid eating food rich in fats.

3. Many people think that staying long under skin is one of the biggest causes for wrinkles. It is true but to some extent only. Sunlight is an essential ingredient for the skin as it is rich in Vitamin D. Don’t avoid going in sun but you can limit the time duration of staying under it.

4. You can use natural treatments for the improvement of your skin. Herbal methods can treat the problem without providing any harmful effects to the skin. They are 100% natural and free of side effects.

5. You should avoid the intake of alcohol and also remain stress free for minimising most of the problems.

6. During your daily procedure you should stick more to the use of Luke warm water only. It is really beneficial for the skin’s internal growth.

7. Do not just use any soap for the face. Soap with cream base or a natural face wash would be better for daily use.

8. Do not rub the skin with a towel after the bath. Do it properly with soft hands.

9. Heal all the pimples by using some natural facial tips. This would also help in improving the complexion of your skin.

10. You can expect better results if you can make a habit of cleaning the face very night.

11. One of the best treatments for skin care is to take good amount of sleep daily.

12. Relax and meditate is another best treatment for the skin to remain protected always.

13. Do not use chemical cosmetics daily. Once in a while is allowed because they are one of the major reasons for pimples and scars.

A very effective procedure for skin care which can be used daily is:

Give you skin a proper internal as well as external cleansing. Internal can be done by the intake of herbs and natural supplements that can remove toxins and purify the blood properly. And for external care you can use a cleansing lotion. Apply it on the entire face properly and rub the face gently using a sponge. Then let it stay for some time. This would help in the removal of both the impurities and extra oil which is harmful for the skin.

Then get started with the toning procedure. Various lotions are available in the market which is used for the face toning. You can choose the one that would go best with your skin type. The best natural tone is rose water. Use cotton or a sponge for this. Apply the rose water over it and clean your skin with slight applications.

After this you should apply moisturizers. Remember chemical based materials may increase the oil of the skin use water based substance to better results. This would help in cleaning the blemishes, scars and pimples and would also prevent their frequent emergence.

The daily care of the skin also depends upon the effect of different seasons and your skin texture. One cream might be effective during winter but may create harm during summers. The best remedy would be the natural one and even before try any kind of product consult a skin specialist to increase the protection of your skin.

Start taking care of your skin at an early age only to avoid the problems of wrinkles and loose skin.
