Cure In Your Kitchen
In this modern age, we are very much dependent on drugs for each and every need. Modern methods of treatment are very expensive and invasive. Nature has gifted us with rich reservoirs of natural resources, and there are innumerable spices and herbs available in our kitchen, which have the potential to cure many health problems and disease successfully, even some old and chronic ones.
Ginger
Ginger is used in our food to give aromatic odor and spicy taste. Cloves

Holy Basil

Cardamom
Seeds of cardamom are used in our kitchen to add flavor to foods. It is a remedy to indigestion, fever, vomiting, nausea, heart burn, diarrhea and jaundice.
