Strawberries are a perfect choice for many people. Its color and texture is so very inviting. Strawberries are very helpful in fighting against certain cancers, high blood pressure and maintain eye health as well. These are also fully loaded with iodine and anti-oxidants like flavonoids and vitamin C.
Milk and yoghurt are well known sources of calcium. They improve health and digestive system. Vanilla is used to calm stomach pain and irritation.

Preparation Time: 5 Minutes
1/2 Cup Milk and yoghurt each
3 Spoons Sugar
2 Spoons Vanilla and Ice cubes as per requirement
Except ice cubes, nicely blend rest of the ingredients in a blender.
Now add ice-cubes and blend smoothie again. Serve this fresh strawberry smoothie instantly.

1/2 Cup Silken/soft Tofu
2 Spoons B Pollone
3/4 Cup Green Seedless Grapes
1 Big Sized Banana
Mix grape juice, tofu, b pollone and grapes until you obtain a smooth mixture. Now add banana and blend again. Serve immediately.
Instead of grape juice and green grapes, purple grapes and red seedless grapes can also be used.
