Steps to color the eyebrows
If you are using powder formula for coloring then firstly, you need to apply powder. For this purpose, you can choose a small eyebrow brush or else you can dust off some powder smoothly with help of a sponge. Remember, the surrounding skin of your brows should not be dusted with powder. Now, you can do a little blending with the sponge to give a natural look.
If you are using pencils for coloring then you need to draw some tiny strokes in eyebrows. Now, again blending is needed within the brows, which can be done by using a cotton bud moving through the brows. You can also draw different strokes of different shades of colours with pencils to get a chic look.
