    Change Yourself and Watch your Relationships Bloom!

    Not all of us are happy with what we are! Despite the fact that we might be happy in our lives, we generally are not content. There is something which seems to be lacking in all our relationships- presumably a void within ourselves.

    This not only causes most of us to go into depression but it also has detrimental effects on the human health. It has been observed that people suffer diseases like high blood pressure, diabetes and even heart attacks owing solely to the feeling of self- discontent.

    If you too have felt the presence of that emptiness somewhere within and want to transform yourself for good, here is what you should do.

    The very first thing which you need to do here is ‘accept’. Say within you- ‘Yes, I want to Change’. Every process of positive transformation starts with realization and acceptance.

    The moment you admit that you need to change is the moment you have done half your job. If you still feel that you are good the way you are, why not give change a shot? You can always undo things later if you don’t like the qualities you will begin to gain!

    Take a notebook and write down exactly the things about your life which you are most dissatisfied with. This list will inspire you to embark upon the path of change with a newfound vigour and energy.

    However, as you glance through this list, remember that you may not be able to change the people around you so it is considerably better to initiate the process from within!

    Next to this list also write down the things you need to do in order to see the change happen. You may need to concentrate on your studies better or you might as well want to smoothen out your relationship with your daughter! For anything you wish to alter, you will need to know what steps to take. So, break up your problem into solutions and alternatives and pen them down.

    Follow these steps religiously. Let your close ones know about what you have planned so that they can point out when they think you are deviating from your path. You may not succeed the very first time or you might even make a lot of mistakes but never be bogged down by any of them. You are what you feel you are!

    Do not feel disheartened by let-downs. The moment you start transforming yourself, you may find a bunch of people blocking your growth. Do not let others decide your destiny. Make it with your own hands.

    Whenever we decide to change, we will undoubtedly come across obstacles. But it is only the consistence of will which will get us through these tricky situations. So, relax, calm down and commence the procedure for changing yourself. You will be able to observe a remarkable difference in your life! Positivity, after all, has its own connotations!
