    Best Ways To Lose Weight

    Losing weight is not as difficult as it seems to be. For reaching the weight loss goal that you want to achieve, you need to cut 100 calories a day from the diet. By cutting hundred calories a day, you can cut almost about a pound in a month.  This slow and steady process is the best way to lose weight without affecting your health.

    For losing weight you don’t need to change your eating habits drastically. It can just be small sacrifices that you have to make to reach your weight loss goal. There are numerous tips to cut 100 or more calories a day without taking too much pain.

    1.    Drink 1- 2 glass of skimmed or non-fat milk instead of whole milk.

    2.    In breakfast, instead of eating two fried eggs, eat 1or 2 poached eggs.

    3.    Eat toast after spreading 1 tablespoon jam instead of butter.

    4.    Eat fruits like banana or orange instead of snacking on cookies, biscuits or candy bars.

    5.    Instead of eating meat, chicken and poultry everyday, eat them on alternative days and replace them with vegetables and pulses.

    6.    Have unsweetened apple sauce instead of sweetened one.

    7.    Use low fat mayonnaise instead of regular mayonnaise.

    8.    Use brown bread or light grain bread instead of normal wheat bread.

    9.    Discard frozen broccoli in cheese sauce; instead eat fresh steamed broccoli.

    10.    If you are fond of eating ice-cream, eat only one scoop instead of two.

    11.    Reduce the intake of chocolate cake to once in a month in a small portions.

    12.    Eat butter free popcorn.

    13.    Eat yogurt made of skimmed milk.

    14.    Instead of eating fried chicken, eat roasted chicken. Also eat lots of salad with it.

    15.    Choose diet cola instead of regular one when you are about to drink it.

    16.    Use low calorie dressings in your salad.

    17.     To thicken your sauce, use little milk and corn starch in place of butter and flour.

    18.    Eat raw vegetables as appetizer instead of fried one.

    19.    Use fat free sour cream instead of regular sour cream.

    20.    When you are spreading peanut butter on your sandwich, reduce the spread from two tablespoon to one tablespoon.

    21.    Whenever you are thirsty, quench your thrust with a glass of iced lemon water instead of canned beer.

    22.    Use less oil, butter etc. for cooking your food. Prefer grilling, roasting or steaming to substitute them.

    With these little changes, you will be able to cut calories and reduce your weight.
