    First of all, it is very important for an individual to take multi vitamins in the morning. This would help in maintaining the strength of the body.

    Make sure that you take your breakfast in time. Breakfast is your first meal of the day and helps in providing lot of strength to keep going throughout the day.

    Cold coffee helps a great deal in protecting the body and heart from external and internal diseases. Cold coffee is rich in antioxidants and is thus helpful for the health. However, do not make the mistake of consuming it in excess.

    Onions should be definitely included in the diet. Make sure to include fresh onions in green salads and pizzas. Onion is very healthy for the body.

    While preparing meat, ensure washing it with lukewarm water, so that the fat content is reduced. Around 45% of fat content would be reduced due to washing the meat with lukewarm water.

    Fruits help a great deal in maintaining the health of the body and the skin. It is very important for an individual to take healthy fruits daily, so that both body and skin remain fit and fine.

    Fresh fruits help a great deal in nourishing the skin and the body. Also, make sure to eat the fruits without peeling their skin. Fruits such as pears and apples are enriched with essential nutrients and fiber to nourish the skin and the body.

    Make sure to take foods at small intervals of time rather than taking three big meals in a day. This would help in facilitating the digestion process and would help in keeping you fit and healthy.
