    Benefits Of Exercise And Breakfast To Stay Healthy

    health benefits of breakfast“Health is wealth” goes a very popular saying. If health is lost, everything is lost. So it is our utmost duty to take care of our health. In today’s world the work pressure is so intense and we remain so very tense all through the time, most of us could hardly get any time to even think about our health and work towards achieving a good health.

    Our day starts with a quick brushing, gulping down one or two pieces of toast and a cup of coffee, dressing up quickly and rushing down to the office. The situation is similar in case of house wife too, with an only serious difference, that managing the household, arranging food for the school going kid, preparing breakfast for husband and attending to his important pre-office going needs and doing other very important works will expel the word “breakfast” from her daily routine. In a later period when she is hungry, rather has a few moments of leisure, a few biscuits will be all for her.

    But this shows it’s after effects in the form of various ailments in women, ranging from weak health to as serious as liver problems, gastritis, osteoporosis and a lot others.

    Who can deny the fact the “beauty” and “health” are complementary to each other? I bet no one. A beautiful lady, with long and gorgeous hairs, excellent and flawless skin, and good health can never be healthy unless and until she follows some cardinal rules in her daily life. Health will reflect for years through magnificent skin, body and hair only if some easy yet regular ways are followed in a regimented way. Thus, an easy way to be healthy and beautiful is being discussed here.

    Time management

    Whether you are a house wife or a professional, time management is entirely in your hand. It is quite true, nothing can wait, be it an important presentation at the office or a board meeting that needs to be attended, or your kid’s home work or your husband’s soiled clothes that need to be cleaned before he goes to office the next day. But still if you yourself stop then the world will stop. Nothing will be in their place.

    So prioritize yourself first and foremost. Work out a suitable time that is devoted only for you. It need not be a very long hour. But half an hour will be fine, when you can cultivate yourself, indulge in something you like to do and spend that time in a way you want, like gardening or reading a book or listening to music or simply watching the television.

    Choose a time you feel you will not be disturbed at all. In case you are a working woman, half an hour to one hour after you return back home from office can be a good idea, when you take a shower and relax completely. Similarly, in case you are a working woman, choose a schedule when you feel you will not be disturbed by anyone.

    Exercise and medication

    These are the two cardinal rules to stay healthy. Exercise energizes our mind while medication calms us down.  These activities do not demand a specific period of the day, you can indulge in exercising and medication anytime you feel like, even in the time you have kept exclusively for yourself.

    Generally, people prefer to exercise early in the morning. The scientific reasoning behind it is that early in the morning the mind remains free from the day’s tension, anxieties and stress. This assists the brain in concentration in a much better way. Moreover, exercising and meditation early in the morning detoxifies the body and provides the system with the necessary energy needed for the while day.

    If you think that you cannot manage to exercise every day, make a schedule for at least thrice a week for half an hour. In case you are exercising everyday, leave at least one day gap in the regime, so that the muscles could soother and relax them.  Meditation can be done every day, even twice a day.

    If you consider sparing much time everyday will be tough, you can even carry out a 20 minutes schedule of cardio-vascular exercises. Walking is also a good exercise. If at all you consider exercise is crucial but you are short of time, go for a brisk walking everyday as exercises keeps our organs healthy and promote their healthy functioning.

    Have a proper breakfast and encourage proper diet

    As proper diet is very important for us to stay healthy, most important is having a proper breakfast. Never ever skip a breakfast if you really want to be healthy and fit, at least for the sake of your family. Breakfast is the most vital diet that provides the much needed energy for carrying out several works throughout the day, retards the development of gastritis and promotes over all health.

    There is a common saying, “Breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dinner like a pauper. Follow this, by having a heavy and sumptuous comprising of at least two fruits, milk, protein in the form of egg, bacon, chicken or yogurt, some amount of fat as a small serving of butter, cheese, jam or jelly together with brown bread, cornflakes , oats, muesli etc. along with milk. Tea and coffee can be added to it as instant energizer.

    Lunch should be lighter as compared, may be in the form of a platter of salads, bakes fish, two sandwiches etc. Dinner must be lightest and early as we limit our physical activities totally after this. This might result in the problem of assimilation and digestion if heavy dinner is consumed. Drinking water should be in generous amount, with at least 8 to 10 glasses a day.

    Daily beauty regime

    Follow the simplest yet daily beauty regime for your body, skin and hair.
    Shampoo your hair everyday to keep it thoroughly clean. In case you cannot manage that do it atleast every alternate day. Oil your hair one a weak, followed by a gentle massage.

    Cleanse your skin thoroughly twice a day, followed by a good moisturizer and use a sunscreen lotion whenever you go out. One or twice a month facial massage will be a brilliant idea. Oil massage and scrub your body at least your body at least once a week. Regularly use a good quality body lotion to keep your skin hydrated.
