We are always advised by nutritionists and dieticians to drink lot of juices. Though they do not suggest only drinking juice of all the vegetables and fruit that you consume. As juices are in liquid form, our digestive system does not have to waste enzymes to get it digested. So the body is able to quickly distribute the enzymes to other parts where they are much needed to heal and repair.

We can consume sufficient amount of fruit only through juicing to get required amount of nutrients. Juices can cleanse the blood. With clean blood and the body fed with essential nutrients we can certainly lead a healthier and longer life.
