    Anxiety disorder is one of the most commonly prevailing problems today. The feeling of endless fear of the unknown, worry and panic attacks are the general symptoms of Anxiety disorder. Pangs of Anxiety can be associated with anything like public speech to as simple as mingling at the party. There are extreme cases of Anxiety attacks where the people get nauseous at the thought of asking someone something. When this occurs we know there is a problem in hand.

    Like various other clinical problems, anxiety also comes with signs, symptoms, causes and cures. However, it is important to understand anxiety before we get into the cure part of it. There are various aspects of anxiety, where you might get panicky with just the thought of opening the door; the extremes could take you to a fit attack at just the thought of making a conversation. The worst part however, is that you might not be aware of your Anxiety Disorder and suffering in ignorance. Here are a few tell-signs that will show you that you do have a problem, a solvable one nevertheless.

    People suffering from Anxiety are always over the edge. The constant panicky feel is un-avoidable along with worrying for the unknown. Anxiety disorder can take things out of control when you are unable to concentrate in work or your daily chores. The victim is marked by constantly being irritated with pangs of fear for the outcome of a task. You know you have anxiety disorder if you find yourself avoiding a simple daily work just because it makes you anxious. Increase in heart-rate accompanied by the constant ‘danger-signals’ going off in your mind are common symptoms of an Anxiety Disorder. Generally Anxiety Disorder can be summed-up by stating that you are unable to handle a situation, which under normal circumstance might be completely manageable.

    The good news is that you can always take care of this particular disorder, like the other clinical ones. Make sure you are setting aside some amount of time for an activity that lifts your spirit. Indulge yourself into some fun-time like an outdoor activity or simply a hobby. Maintain a close circle of friends, people you can share your feelings with and who will understand you. Some times all it takes is a patient pair of ears to take a load off your shoulders. If you have certain set of responsibilities, go ahead and get rid of a few that will help you organize yourself. These tips could be of help, however if the problem persists you can get medical help or counseling. However, with the right amount of will-power you are sure to go miles, just remember to love yourself and stay confidant under all circumstances.
