- Small bumps appear on forehead, neck and check.

Causes of Eczema
The cause of eczema in a person varies in accordance with the type of eczema. Eczema can occur due to problem related to blood irculation in leg. The deficiency of Vitamin B6 may also result in eczema. Sometimes tension and emotional stress result in eczema. Exposure to smoke, detergents and hazardous chemicals may cause irritation in the skin and may eventually result in eczema.
Home remedies for eczema?
Eczema can be treated with application of a blend of one teaspoonful of camphor and one teaspoonful of sandalwood paste to the affected portion of the skin. Skin rashes caused by eczema soon disappear with this application.
Application of nutmeg paste to the affected portion of the skin provides much needed relief from the condition.
Application of natural vitamin E to the affected skin portion helps relieve itchiness, caused by eczema.
Take zinc orally. You can also apply it to the affected portion.
You can get relief from inflammation with the use of shark cartilage. You can also apply a lotion of blueberry leaves to the affected portion to mitigate inflammation.
Wash the affected skin portion with the help of pine tar soap.
The symptoms may disappear within few days if you consume tomato juice at least once in a day.

Precautions
Avoid dairy products as they may aggravate your condition. Eczema does not occur due to diet. If consumption of food causes allergy it does not necessarily mean that it would result in eczema. As eczema is a hereditary disease, you must know that the genes of a person may carry this skin disease.
However, you would better avoid certain foods to which you are allergic or sensitive. Don’t take eggs and nuts and also avoid
preservatives and citrus fruits as they may result in eczema.
Avoid wearing clothes that may cause irritation in your itchy skin. Rather wear cotton clothes that will make you feel comfortable.
Avoid water exposure for long as it can turn your skin dry. Apply moisturizer of superior quality so as to prevent dryness.
