Make sure that you eat your dinner at least two hours before sleeping. This would facilitate the digestion process. The metabolism level of the body gets reduced by evening. Eating dinner at least two hours before bedtime would help in inducing sound sleep.
Ensure that you eat all types of foods, so that the health of the body is maintained. Fresh fruits, green vegetables, cereals, whole grains, fish, milk, meat, eggs, yogurt, and nuts should be included in the diet. On the other hand, fast foods such as pastries, burgers and pizzas should be limited to once or twice in a week.
