Aerobic Fitness exercises enhance the functions of heart and lungs, and at the same time utilizing the oxygen level of the Body to Maximum level is defined as Aerobic Fitness Exercises. Aerobic Fitness exercise is another form of Physical Fitness, Which stimulates all the muscles of the body and helps keep the body in shape. It Increases the efficiency of the heart and lungs, making them strong.

    The Functions of muscles are also improved by the regular fix of the aerobic fitness exercises. It empowers each and every muscle from several angles. Jogging and cycling stimulates the muscles of the lower parts of the body, whereas Muscles of the upper portion of the body gets right treatment from Rowing and working dumbbells. If a cancer patient perform aerobic daily for 30-35 minutes it can keep them far from the reach of Anxiety, stress and Depression by Aerobic fitness.
