Acne is a common skin condition in which excessive oil and dead skin clogs the skin’s pores. The condition is most common among individuals with oily skin. This is not only effective on acne but is known to be effective in treating pimples, zits, white heads, blackheads and cysts also. Some users have also stated that it is effective in treating the acne scar as well.

There are times when these products can cause redness and other skin irritations.

The prime constituent of the gel is benzoyl peroxide. The product has to be used on a clean skin, so remember to wash your skin with an anti bacterial soap and apply this at least three times a day.
