A Review On Hypertension
Hypertension is a universal problem globally. We also call it high blood pressure, which most of the common man suffers today. Since last five decades, the number of the hypertension victims has increased.
A person having high blood pressure needs to take proper care for himself. If this is not treated or controlled properly it may give rise to many fatal diseases and lead to the failure of the heart.
A good number of hypertension patients die because their kidney or heart fails. The normal systolic blood pressure is 100 mm plus age and diastolic is 80 mm plus age. The abnormal systolic range is 120 to 140 mm of Hg and the diastolic ranges between 70 to 80 mm of Hg for any adult human being.
How it happens
When the body fats get stored in the veins carrying blood to the heart, the openings of the arteries gets blocked partially. As a result the heart beats faster and thus the heart creates much pressure.
The origin
The complex modern life and psychological pressure is mainly responsible for it. Eating of junk foods regularly, a lot of mental stress hamper the body’s proper functioning and the toxics are get stored in the veins. Smoking also causes blood pressure. Lack of physical activity is the added thing to increase the chances of this disease.
Symptoms
Congenital abnormality of the aorta which is the worst form of the blood pressure causes severe headache to its patients. Headache is the most prominent symptom of the disease.
The headache generally occurs at the back of the head and attacks powerfully at the waking time and lasts for the whole day. Giddiness and the ringing within the ear are among its other symptoms. The patients generally get tired and always feel sleepy. Even dyspepsia and breathing problems become a part of the patients’ life.
